    Hi Olivia! Do you track your calories? If you do, what's your daily goal? I feel like we train about the same amount (hybrid) and have the same goal. I think it's so hard to set how many calories to eat, most calorie calculators set my daily way to low 😔

    I’m so shocked how good this is! Like crazy good 😂 light and fluffy, packed with protein and simple ingredients! Whole pizza is 353 cals, 23g carbs, 58g protein!! 🍕❤️ Ingredients - 1 cup/230g cottage cheese - 140g egg whites - 2 tbsp flour - 1/3 cup/30g cheese - 2 tbsp tomato puree - Turkey rasher cut into circles - Seasoning: Basil, mixed herbs, onion, garlic, salt & pepper Bake at 180 degrees for 35 mins, take out and add toppings, then allow another 5-10 mins until cheese is melted Allow to cool for a couple mins before cutting, serve and enjoy! Cals - 353 Protein - 58g Fat - 2g Carbs - 23g

    Oh love these ! Iv always trained and prepped ect but sacrificed flavours for quick and easy but since my daughter has moved back in a while Iv not ate right ! I’m watching this excited to get back to prepping but healthy tasty meals ! I’d love to see more it’s fab

    I mean, dairy isn’t meant for human consumption. Cows don’t make it for us, but they do make it, and it’s safe to consume as long as you don’t have a milk allergy and (for gut health and to feel well) to have lactase enzyme to digest it. I make sure I regularly consume lactose so my gut microbiome has stuff to keep living with. (I’m not a huge fan of meat, but mostly because it’s flesh which is kinda gross, as are the conditions of factor farmed animal product. Honey is usually safe (in terms of production environmental ethics) because bees need good conditions to produce good honey and will fly away if the environment is bad. Otherwise it’s mostly just dependent on the sourcing.) TLDR: yeah, milk isn’t meant for human consumption. That’s the cool part of it

    Not really. In the past (like pre modern food availability) they ate a lot of breads and such of whatever’s cheap and easy, like portage, oatmeal, and rice as staples, watermelon (rind can be cooked up too), bone broth, veggie stock, cheaper meat cuts, etc (not exclusively ofc, but just a larger part of their diet). It only stands to reason that we’d gravitate towards foods that are likewise cheap and easy. Plus, the main downside of fast food are the externalities which are inherently insulated from because they have individually small but global impacts. Not endorsing fast food, but it’s not that novel to prefer things that are more convenient. I hear that people ate out a lot more a while ago because food was a larger part of the budget and it would’ve been harder to store leftovers in the same way we do today, whereas nowadays it’s treated more as a want and saving as much as possible is heavily valued (apparently older budgets classify things more as Minimum Comfort which includes some items for things like entertainment because it’s necessary for mental health, as opposed to the modern needs vs wants layout. Plus, I think fast food replaced a lot of diners with the rise of constantly having to move.) TLDR: not really, it seems a continuation of historic trends combined with modern situations
